A:Yes; VAC ships globally every business day (Monday-Friday) via UPS, USPS and DHL.
International Payments: We only accept bank Wire Transfer as payment for orders shipping outside the USA. Please be advised that the Wire Transfer carries an additional processing fee of $20-$40.

Q: What carrier does VAC use to ship items?
A: VAC Motorsports prefers UPS.
By default UPS is used domestically, and US Postal Service internationally due to popular request as they offer much lower price.
UPS provides excellent customer service and reliability on both ends of the transaction and automated email for tracking information.
US Postal Service is very cost effective and has proven reliable, but shipping is carried out by your local postal service once arriving in your country, and therefore tracking stops at that point.

Q: Can VAC place a different value on the outside of the package so I can save taxes/ tariffs?
A: For both VAC and the customer, placing the accurate value and invoice of the parts shipped is highly recommended.
This ensures your package arrives quickly, with no issues in customs.
When your package is insured for the correct amount, if any of the parcel is lost or damaged in the shipping process this is the value that can be reimbursed.
The customer is solely responsible for any tax, duty, fee or other charge imposed by your respective government authority.
Q: Do you Ship to APO boxes?
A: Yes, we are happy to accommodate our military personnel (shipping to APO boxes requires that we use United States Postal Service).
If you wish to pay with a credit card, please have to means to Fax, Email, or Post a copy of your Millitary issued ID.
Q: I need a part fast! Can you provide expedited shipment?
A: Both domestic and international shipments are available rushed or in some cases overnight depending on location, at customers cost.
All international orders are to be paid by wire transfer, no shipmenst can leave before this transfer clears.
All orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the next day.
